This project requires the demolition of an existing shop and extension, the renovation of a listed house and construction of 6 new build 2 and 3 bedroomed properties in the adjacent gardens.

Works planned consist of the following: structural stabilisation of the listed building to allow the adjacent properties to be demolished, full external refurbishment of the listed building envelope including the renewal of the roof structure and covering, full internal refurbishment of the listed building including, strengthening floor joists, new electrical, plumbing and drainage installation, new flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms and the refurbishment of the main staircase (listed buildings requirement), construction of 6 new build properties from foundations to finishes, installation of new services, including telecoms, electricity, and water, new drainage connection, and foul water pumping station, hard and soft landscaping including a SUDS installation to the entire parking area.

All works will be carried out to a high standard, and will be completed in 2 phases, with phase 1 being complete (plots 3 & 4) at this time.
