This project included the renovation and conversion of a listed hotel into three luxury apartments. Jayen successfully managed all aspects of the structural and architectural design elements.

The works included a full external refurbishment of the building envelope including the renewal of the roof structure, fascias, soffits and covering, Internal demolition including structural stabilisation to allow the internal fit out works to be carried out, extensions to incorporate the new building layouts, internal fit out including acoustic walls, floors and ceilings to specialist design. complete re-wire, including a full AV installation, new gas central heating and plumbing systems, new kitchens and bathrooms, the refurbishment of the main staircase, installation of door entry systems, with security alarms, installation of a goods lift, new drainage connections, services, and all hard and soft landscaping. 

All works were carried out to a high standard, and in keeping with the traditional facade of the building.
